Responsibilities:
The Production Manager is the leader and manager of the Production Teammates at their assigned center.
Their primary responsibility is the leadership and training of the Production Teams.
Additional responsibility includes ensuring client satisfaction, meeting budgeted installation and gross margin KPIs and working with cross functional teams to ensure the center runs smoothly in all aspects.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Total installed revenue for your center as per monthly/quarterly and yearly budget.
Install success rate at or above 85%.
Gross margin % for your center as per monthly/quarterly and yearly budget.
Manage the efficiency of the Production Team to achieve $5,000 in revenue per Production Teammate per day.

Leadership of Production Teammates.

Working with the Operations Support Coordinator in supporting any clients who have concerns about the work we perform for them in their homes.

Working with the Sales Teams to ensure they understand how to best sell and document our jobs for maximum efficiency and profitability.
Working with the Service Department as we support each other's goals of revenue and profitable growth.
Working with the Operations Support Coordinator to manage your Service Center's total fleet to ensure proper inspections, maintenance and repairs are completed to support safe driving and an impeccably clean image in the community.

This is a field based position and requirements are virtually identical to the physical demands of the installation teams.
This includes lifting, climbing, crawling, kneeling, bending, twisting, etc.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is an exempt, full-time position.
Days and hours of work are variable depending on the nature of our work demands.
Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
Travel Little to no overnight travel is expected for this position.
Qualifications:
Required Education and Experience 5-10 years of HVAC experience preferred Bachelor's degree in management preferred 5-7 years of experience in a management role or any similar combination of education and experience.
