The Customer Managed Inventory VMI Specialist oversees and coordinates daily warehousing activities and works with the Sales Team to serve as point of contact.
This is an on-call position and must be available for emergency delivery as they arise.

Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
1.
Leadership (15%) Implement policies and support actions plans made by Department Manager.
Coordinate work efforts with VMI On-site personnel to ensure sufficient supplies and filled in bin locations and vending machines.
2.
Operations/Support (75%) Work closely with on-site customers and inside sales representative to stock products in various sections in production lines.
Organize and maintain inventory in the Connex(s).
Ensure bin locations are labeled for product(EPN) changes.
Create and update labels on bins.
Deliver and fill bins and vending machines throughout the plant.
Provide excellent customer service to on-site Customers.
Stock and restock inventory and maintain inventory levels.
Process orders in Eclipse accurately in a timely manner.

Project Support (10%) Participate in project meetings and assist in project task when necessary.
Job Requirements:
Education/
Experience:
High School Diploma.
Basic computer skills (e.
g.
Data entry, email, Microsoft word processing).
Hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Applications.
Hands-on experience in warehouse inventory activities (e.
g.
receiving, shipping, stocking, pulling, and counting).
Experience in a lead position is a plus.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Excellent face-to-face customer service skills (e.
g.
verbal and written communication).
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Process customer orders in a timely manner.
Basic knowledge of tools and equipment.
Ability to maintain inventory levels.
Ability to drive in customer premise and/remote locations.
Ability to perform entry level vending repairs and adjustments.
Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly.
Ability to get along well with a variety of personalities and individuals.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Ability to complete assigned tasks under stressful situations.
Ability to pass background and random drug/ alcohol test.
Will call and warehouse experience is a plus.
Physical Requirements Loading and unloading merchandise.
Standing on steel toed boots for long periods.
Work Environment:
Industrial area with heavy equipment and moving forklifts.
Other:
Clean driving record, Valid driver's license and proof of insurance.
Ability to pass site specific safety training requirements.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
