THE OPPORTUNITY:
The Park District is currently recruiting for Project Coordinator located at the Park District's Pacheco corporation yard in Martinez, CA.
The current Project Coordinator vacancy exists in the Public Works #2 Department and will be responsible for coordinating the management and monitoring of construction activities related the Park Districts extensive roads, trails, and solid waste infrastructure.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
Under general supervision, performs technical duties in coordination of a variety of Park District capital projects; performs project management duties of less complex capital projects and/or assists Project Managers on the most complex Park District projects; and performs related duties as assigned.
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Has strong project management skills to manage multiple projects.
Is knowledgeable of regulatory compliance involving biological permitting and stormwater quality.
Works collaboratively with local jurisdictions and internal/external stakeholders.
Is experienced in contract administration and maintaining relevant project budgets and documentation.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
