Prior financial institution experience and cash handling experience is required.
The position hours are Monday-Friday during normal business hours with federal holidays off.

Essential duties include, but are not limited to:
Servicing members who come into the branch in person, over the phone, or via online services.
Managing withdrawals, deposits, and payment posting.
Processing mail, drop box, ATM, and CO-OP deposits.
Accurate balancing of cash drawer.
Process demographic changes Process verifications of deposits, Visa payments, advances, and stop payments.
Scanning documents.
Process Maturity Notices for Certificates.
Order checks and create temporary checks.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications - Candidates must possess good communication skills, excellent customer service skills, and ability to cross-sell MAHPFCU products/services.
Candidates should have the ability to apply mathematical operations to such tasks as determine correct change on transactions.
As well as, the ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from members.
Computer Skills - Microsoft Office software and ability to learn unique Financial Industry programs.
