An experienced receptionist with a big smile and willingness to help Must be a morning person! We are looking to hire someone to open the practice.
Amazing customer service skills that impress our clients Ability to answer and address 50
calls per day Veterinary experience or Medical Office experience IS A MUST! Ability to learn quickly, adapt to high-pressure situations, able to multi-task, and be accepting of constructive criticism; Ability to work as a team or individually.
Ability to multi-task on receptionist duties (answering calls, filing, responding to emails, running food/meds out to the parking lot, etc.
) IS A MUST! Ability to be a runner -- We are still operating curb side so you will be required to take multiple trips to and from the parking lot throughout the day carrying up to 30lbs IS A MUST! ABOUT US:
We are a very busy and in demand 2 Doctor practice.
We are open M-F (eventually expanding to weekend hours, eventual weekend hours WILL BE REQUIRED!).
We see cats and dogs and are appointment only.
