Timekeeper

Responsibilities:

  • Process hours for both payroll and billing - enter employee hours into client system (CCM) and (CMiC) Schultz accounting system
  • Reconcile the transactions between client system (CCM) and (CMiC) Schultz accounting system
  • Effectively communicate with the Site Manager, Field Finance Manager and Project Control Manager regarding manpower, cost, and any additional services-related to billing and/or payroll
  • Process final paychecks for lay-offs and terminations
  • Prepare and update daily timekeeping documents Timesheets, Sign in s
  • Liaison between employees and Human Resources

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Intermediate to advanced computer literacy in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
  • Knowledge of CCM preferred
  • Ability to work well with others under deadline situations and respond to changes in priorities
  • Good written and verbal communication skills and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, set priorities and see projects through to completion


Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
