Performs clerical assignments associated with office management Manages a wide variety of administrative elements Assesses and manages a broad spectrum of situations and problems that arise daily Utilized databases to analyze information Creates reports for internal program evaluation Reviews documents/reports for omissions and inconsistencies Manages daily Human Resources issues, recruitments, assigning Person Class Codes, etc. Ensures sites have appropriate equipment, supplies, equipment repairs Receives and distributes incoming correspondence Acts as timekeeper for employees in MH using automated timekeeper system Provides customer service Answers phone and directs incoming calls Drafts correspondence using correct grammar and punctuation Processes performance appraisals using automated personnel system Serves as the office coordinator of training activities using the Talent Management System (TMS) Serves as the Automated Data Processing Application Coordinator (ADPAC). Applicants who are current Federal employees and have held a GS grade any time in the past 52 weeks must also meet time-in-grade requirements by the closing date of this announcement. For a GS-06 position you must have served 52 weeks at the GS-05. The grade may have been in any occupation, but must have been held in the Federal service. An SF-50 that shows your time-in-grade eligibility must be submitted with your application materials. If the most recent SF-50 has an effective date within the past year, it may not clearly demonstrate you possess one-year time-in-grade, as required by the announcement. You must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade GS-05 in the normal line of progression for the occupation in the organization. Examples of specialized experience would typically include, but are not limited to:
Providing administrative support in a clinical setting, working independently in the accomplishment of a wide variety of administrative responsibilities associated with maintaining and supporting the administrative and clinical work performed, maintaining files and accurate records, setting priorities, organizing and adjusting work flow and meeting deadlines; preparing documents and running reports, utilizing software programs, updating schedules regularly. Working as the Human Resources liaison, ADPAC, TMS Coordinator. You will be rated on the following Competencies for this position:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
